HANDMADE TO ORDER
All our jewellery pieces are handmade to order. This means that it will take anything between 5 – 10 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece you have chosen.
We will update you of the expected delivery time with your confirmation e-mail. If you have any queries regarding delivery times, or if you require a quicker turn around, please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to help.
BRANDED ECO PACKAGING
Our jewellery arrives in our beautiful luxury eco-friendly branded boxes. We use secure packaging to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. For the unfortunate case that your order arrives in a damaged state please get in touch with us at email@example.com so we can help.

SIGNED FOR SERVICE
Our delivery is a insured, tracked and signed for service. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number and a tracking link.
We want you to love and utterly adore your new jewellery, but in the unlikely event that it's not quite what you were after we are pleased to offer you a refund. Please allow one working day for us to respond by email. Items must be returned new, unused, undamaged with all the original packaging.
RETURNING YOUR JEWELLERY
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 14 working days for a refund to be processed.
