Made-to-Order

All our jewellery pieces are handmade to order. This means that it will take anything between 15 -25 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece you have chosen.

We will update you of the expected delivery time with your confirmation e-mail. If you have any queries regarding delivery times, or if you require a quicker turnaround, please get in touch via contact@leniquelouis.com and we will do our very best to help. 

 

CHRISTMAS ORDERS & DELIVERY 

* Due to a huge backlog of orders. The Spine hoop earrings and any jewellery ordered in December 2022 won't be delivered for Christmas. We will try to get your items delivered by January/ February 2023.

Signed For Service

Our delivery is a insured, tracked and signed for service. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number and a tracking link.

 

International Delivery Service

Once your order is finished and ready to dispatch, it will be sent by a secure international delivery service. *Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel.


If you have left it a bit late and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then add a little note to your order in the comments box at the checkout or contact us with your order number via  contact@leniquelouis.com

Branded Eco-Packaging

Our jewellery arrives in our beautiful luxury eco-friendly branded boxes. We use secure packaging to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. For the unfortunate case that your order arrives in a damaged state please get in touch with us at contact@leniquelouis.com so we can help.

 

 

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

All bespoke or customised designs, for instance personalised engraved jewellery is non refundable or exchangeable.

Rings that have been resized to a personalised size are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Lenique Louis will not refund shipping costs unless there was a fault with the item. Any fault must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

 

Faulty

All items are handmade, customers should be aware that this means there may be variations between matching items. Colours of natural gemstones vary, and we cannot guarantee an exact match to the images on this website.

We quality control each piece before it leaves the studio.

In the event that an item is faulty we want to fix the problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will offer to repair or replace the faulty jewellery. 

Please send the item back in its original packaging, posted in a padded envelope.

 

Returning Your Jewellery - Delivery

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
