If you fail to make payments, late fees will apply.

If you have any trouble placing an order with Clearpay, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Clearpay may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount
  2. Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Clearpay account.
  3. You may have outstanding payments on previous Clearpay statements. Once these are paid off, try Clearpay again.
  4. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Clearpay again.

Clearpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments. These payments are made every 2 weeks without any interest.

Simply shop online & in-store and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Clearpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Clearpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It's that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Clearpay. A minimum purchase amount of £40 and a maximum of £1600 applies and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Clearpay account.

You can log in to your Clearpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply.
