Delivery & Returns


All our jewellery pieces are handmade to order. This means that it will take anything between 15 -25 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece you have chosen.

We will update you of the expected delivery time with your confirmation e-mail. If you have any queries regarding delivery times, or if you require a quicker turnaround, please get in touch via and we will do our very best to help. 

We offer two different delivery services:


Free Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked Recorded (uninsured).

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number and a tracking link.

Special Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured) – £7.50 *Recommended*

If you are purchasing jewellery items from Lenique Louis, we strongly recommend that you have your items sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes a compensation service. Your jewellery items are NOT insured by Royal Mail if you have them sent by First Class Recorded Delivery (a signed for only service).

Please note:

Lenique Louis is NOT liable for the replacement or refund of any lost or damaged goods where proof of postage exists nor is Lenique Louis responsible for jewellery where the customer has chosen NOT to insure the package using the Royal Mail Special Delivery option which we recommend.

All of the below options are subject to the terms and conditions of the Royal Mail which can be found on

Royal Mail Special Delivery terms – Recommended

  • Compensation for loss or damage of your package up to £500
  • Guaranteed next day delivery before 1.00pm (excluding weekends)
  • Signature taken at destination.

Royal Mail  Recorded Delivery terms - FREE DELIVERY 

  • A cheaper service but without compensation for loss or damage
  • 2- 4 delivery for most Recorded items, although this is not guaranteed as per the information on the Royal Mail website.
  • Signature taken at destination

Please be aware that all of our orders are delivered by either Royal Mail or a Courier Service and therefore require a signature. If your item is delivered and you're unable to take receipt of your parcel because you're not home, this is not our fault and refunds will not be issued on this basis. We may also charge a postage cost to return an item to you which is not collected at the post office and returned to us. Items sent back to the depot usually MUST be collected within a week but please contact your post office for more details.

All orders are shipped to the delivery address listed at the time of purchase. This cannot be changed unless we are notified via email within a few hours from the time of the initial order. In certain cases and at our discretion, we will be unable to change the delivery address other than the delivery address detailed on the customer order at the time of purchase, this is due to the limitations of insurance set by some Credit/debit card companies as well as paypal.

We use Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed service and delivery times are approx 5 - 9 working days, from the date it is dispatched, based on normal working days ie. not weekends and bank holidays. Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure there will be someone present to receive the goods and provide a signature. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel.

Delivery costs £15.00 per order.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you have left it a bit late and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then add a little note to your order in the comments box at the checkout or contact us with your order number via

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to locate it with Royal Mail.

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

International delivery

Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. You can check the signature of the person that has signed for the parcel, by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail website. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.

Lenique Louis cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.


Our jewellery arrives in our beautiful luxury eco-friendly branded boxes. We use secure packaging to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. For the unfortunate case that your order arrives in a damaged state please get in touch with us at or use the contact form so we can help.


Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

All bespoke or customised designs, for instance personalised engraved jewellery, is non refundable or exchangeable.

Rings that have been resized to a personalised size are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Lenique Louis will not refund shipping costs unless there was a fault with the item. Any fault must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


In the event that an item is faulty, we want to fix the problem. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will offer to repair or replace the faulty jewellery. 

Please send the item back in its original packaging, posted in a padded envelope.

Returning Your Jewellery - Rings & Pendants

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 

If you would like to return an item, a request must be made within 7 days of the first delivery attempt by emailing at 


In the unlikely event that it's not quite what you were after we are pleased to offer you a refund and exchange within 14 days of the item being purchased.

All earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons.

Any Bespoke pieces, Weddings & Engagement pieces, Made To Order items or jewellery altered to a customer request are also excluded from the returns and refund policy.
