Hand-painted by our talented artist jeweller Lenique Louis, using her signature joyful and vibrant colour palette, our wrapping paper is made of FSC-accredited paper and features a beautiful matte effect.

To add an extra touch of elegance, we adorn each package with our luxurious branded black and gold ribbon, tied in a perfectly neat bow. We are committed to sustainability, which is why we have carefully chosen environmentally-friendly materials for all our packaging, including our wrapping paper and ribbon, which are fully recyclable.


You can pay using US Dollar (USD), UK Pound Sterling (GBP), Euro (EUR) or Australian Dollars (AUD). Just to make shopping really easy, you can choose your preferred currency from the list in the top right corner of the page and all prices will be displayed in that currency.

Customers can make purchases either via PayPal, debit or credit card payments, Apple Pay or ClearPay - all fast and secure online payment gateways, which accepts all major debit and credit cards.

An email will automatically be sent to you as the order has been dispatched with a tracking number.

All jewellery will be beautifully wrapped in our sustainable and complimentary packaging. Our mailing boxes and our jewellery boxes are created with FSC paper from 70% recycled sources.

With no foam or velour inserts, our packaging is not just beautiful to gift and reuse, but also plastic-free, 100% recyclable and biodegradable.


Yes, we deliver globally.

When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. The actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-4 weeks.

All our deliveries are tracked, you will be sent a tracking link in your shipping confirmation or you can log in to your customer account.

This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from Royal Mail ( by filling in a signature request form.

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.


For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.

If you would like to return an item, a request must be made within 7 days of the first delivery attempt by emailing.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 

Lenique Louis will not refund shipping costs unless there was a fault with the item. Any fault must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We want you to love and utterly adore your new jewellery, but in the unlikely event that it's not quite what you were after we are pleased to offer you a refund and exchange within 14 days of the item being purchased.

Please note that all earrings are excluded from the Refund Policy due to hygiene reasons. 

We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on Bespoke, Weddings & Engagement or Made to order items or any jewellery altered to a customer request.

All bespoke or customised designs, for instance personalised engraved jewellery are non refundable or exchangeable.

We unfortunately are unable to refund or exchange any jewellery altered to the customer's request.

Rings that have been resized to a personalised size are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We still may be able to help recover your account if you can prove ownership of it. If you have lost all information you will need to register with a brand new account.

All our jewellery pieces are handmade to order. This means that it will take anything between 15 -25 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece you have chosen.

Out of stock items will be delivered within 1-3 weeks. Delivery time will be slightly longer for orders outside of the UK.
